| As of Monday May 18, 2009, Carl Acuff Jr. has officially become the host of a new late night tv show in the Ozarks. The name of the show will be "The Ozarks Tonight Show". The show will have local, regional, and national guests on a daily basis Monday through Friday and will film in Studio A at the XL7 television studios in front of a live studio audience. The show will begin in August and will film from 4-5PM and will air from 9-10PM on K26 and XL7 and we are working on a syndication deal to take the show nationwide by October. Although up til now Carl's forte has been in the music industry he will host a wide variety of guests including: Comedians, Actors/Actresses, Politicians and I'm sure he'll have a wide variety of musical guests as well on the show.
Carl will still be doing some select touring dates. His band will be the official house band of the show and then will tour with him on the road. We can't wait to get started and we look forward to seeing you all at the show.

| Fred Reeves has been with the show for 7 years in 2009. Fred plays keyboards, banjo, vocals & kicks bass part of the time. He is also our resident photographer. I'm sure you'll enjoy his work! |

| Ben Olson has been with our show since September of 2008. He is 16 years old and was born the same year I put the show together?! He plays Banjo, Fiddle, Rhythm Guitar and does vocals. Ben has been a great asset to the show and we look forward to seeing him around for a while! |

| Matt McLaurin has been with our show since October of 2008. Matt plays Lead Guitar, Bass and vocals. He is formerly from Shreveport, Louisiana where he was well known for his playing abilities. We're proud to have him as part of our 2009 show. |
